Three-quarters of Australia’s ‘significant’ climate aid projects in Pacific don’t mention climate change, Greenpeace says

Terence Wood spoke to the Guardian about a new report by Greenpeace Australia Pacific that found less than one-quarter of all aid projects in 2018 and 2019 labelled as “significantly focused” on climate adaptation made any mention of climate change or environmental concerns. These findings tally with a Devpolicy report by Terence Wood, Matthew Dornan and Sachini Muller, ‘Change and continuity in Australian aid: what the aid flows show’.
