Tribal violence in Papua New Guinea highlands
Stephen Howes spoke to ABC TV News about the tribal violence that has reignited in Papua New Guinea’s highland region, leaving at least 18 civilians dead.
The violence has come during an election that has already been marred by conflict and allegations of misconduct.
