PNG academic pleads for Porgera money not to be wasted
Andrew Anton Mako spoke to RNZ ahead of the reopening of the Porgera goldmine in PNG.
Mako hopes that the new leases, which are much more beneficial for the landowners, will be used more wisely than previously and for the long-term benefit of the community.
