Contact details
Richard is a Research Fellow in the Crawford School of Public Policy as part of Professor Carolyn Hendriks’ ARC-funded Future Fellowship ‘Strengthening Political Representation’. Richard works on contemporary political representation in Australia and Britain and completed his PhD on reform of the House of Lords. Richard was previously Associate Editor of the International Political Science Review (2015-2020; 2022) and an Associate Member of the Gwilym Gibbon Centre for Public Policy, Nuffield College, University of Oxford (2018-2020). Richard teaches into the Crawford School’s policy and governance programme.
