Program Manager - Executive and Professional Development and Bespoke Programs

Rosie transitioned to the ANU National Security College (NSC) in 2019, following more than ten years of experience in the university sector. Within NSC, Rosie manages the Executive and Professional Development Team, her responsibilities encompass the supervision and coordination of a suite of development programs including 1-2 day short courses, and extensive executive programs.
One of Rosie’s key areas of passion lies in professional development within the national security and intelligence community. She is dedicated to enhancing the skills and knowledge of professionals working in this field, and through her work, Rosie has established global networks. These networks have been cultivated through her involvement in delivering NSC’s Executive programs across multiple countries including London, the United States, and Singapore.
Overall, Rosie focuses on managing and supporting her team members, while actively contributing to the overall goals of NSC.
